Our client is looking for a Technical Deployment Lead to join their team.

Duration - 12 months
Location - 100% onsite at Brock Street

We are seeking a Technical Deployment Lead / Integration Coordinator to provide hands-on execution support for technology deployment, AV refresh, and event space commissioning programs across international sites. This is a tactical, delivery-focused role that partners closely with Regional Program Managers, vendor teams, cross-functional partners, and site operations to ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and to our quality standards.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the intersection of program coordination and technical delivery β€” comfortable managing deployment schedules, vendor logistics, cross-functional dependencies, and site commissioning activities while understanding the underlying AV/IT technology.

Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Program Execution & Deployment Support

  • Coordinate end-to-end deployment activities for AV refresh, room commissioning, and technology upgrade programs across multiple sites
  • Manage deployment schedules, vendor timelines, and site readiness checklists to ensure milestones are met
  • Track and report on project status, risks, and blockers β€” escalating proactively when timelines are at risk
  • Support procurement workflows including PO creation, equipment tracking, and delivery verification
  • Maintain deployment trackers and documentation (site inventories, BOM accuracy, commissioning sign-offs)

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Drive alignment across multiple teams (facilities, IT, security, workplace services, vendor partners) to ensure schedules and dependencies are clearly defined and tracked
  • Establish and run daily, weekly, or monthly stand-ups as appropriate for active deployment programs
  • Proactively identify and resolve schedule conflicts, resource clashes, and dependency blockers across workstreams
  • Serve as the coordination hub between internal XFN teams and external contractors during active deployment phases
  • Ensure clear communication of milestones, ownership, and handoff points between all parties

Production & Event Space Support

  • Assist with the planning and technical coordination of specialty production spaces, event venues, and broadcast environments
  • Support the commissioning and testing of new or refreshed production-grade spaces
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors on installation sequencing and order-of-works
  • Ensure spaces meet operational readiness standards before handover to production teams

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the primary logistics coordinator between vendor partners, site teams, and internal stakeholders for deployment activities
  • Track vendor deliverables, flag delays, and coordinate corrective actions
  • Support vendor onboarding, access requests, and site induction processes for contractor teams
  • Liaise with facilities, security, and workplace teams to ensure smooth site access and coordination

Documentation & Process

  • Maintain accurate project records, decision logs, and status reports
  • Support the creation and refinement of deployment playbooks, SOPs, and commissioning templates
  • Contribute to post-project reviews (lessons learned, process improvements)

Requirements

Must Have:

  • 5+ years experience in program coordination, project management, or technical deployment roles
  • Hands-on experience with AV/VC technology deployments (room builds, refresh cycles, commissioning)
  • Strong vendor management and logistics coordination skills
  • Proven cross-functional coordination experience β€” ability to align multiple teams with competing priorities and maintain delivery momentum
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent deployments across different sites/regions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication β€” able to provide clear status updates to senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable working across time zones (EMEA primary, APAC secondary)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in corporate AV/IT environments (enterprise video conferencing, event production)
  • Familiarity with procurement processes (PO workflows, BOM management, vendor RFQs)
  • Background in managed services or contractor team coordination
  • Experience with Meta's collaboration technology stack or equivalent enterprise platforms
  • Knowledge of event production environments (broadcast, live events, studio operations)
  • Experience running program stand-ups and coordinating across 3+ functional teams simultaneously

Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Healthcare contribution and inclusion in company pension scheme
  • Work laptop and phone
  • 25 days annual leave (pro-rata) plus paid bank holidays
  • Expanding workforce with potential for career progression for top performers.
