Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager hybrid role for 12 months. Our Client's Business Marketing team drives growth across EMEA by helping brands, partners, and industry stakeholders unlock the full potential of client's platforms. We inspire and educate the industry through innovative, impactful, and scalable marketing initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced B2B marketer to lead business marketing for the Gaming vertical across EMEA. You will develop and execute integrated marketing programs that engage gaming companies, publishers, advertisers, and key industry organizations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for gaming, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to deliver measurable impact through multi-channel marketing.

You will be marketing to a highly sophisticated audience of performance marketers and digital-native companies focused on growth and scale. The ideal candidate understands the needs and mindset of these businesses, and can design and deliver marketing initiatives that resonate with them.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business teams to deliver best-in-class marketing activity for the EMEA gaming ecosystem, including events, campaigns, programs, training, and content.
  • Develop and execute multi-country integrated marketing programs with a focus on gaming industry priorities.
  • Lead content marketing initiatives (written narratives, articles, video/audio series, newsletters) tailored to gaming audiences and performance marketers.
  • Design and run marketing initiatives and programs that appeal to digital-native, growth-focused companies and performance marketers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Project manage and drive marketing initiatives from ideation to execution.
  • Hypothesize, test, measure, optimize, and scale client's marketing initiatives for gaming.
  • Innovate and challenge the status quo to elevate impact across the region.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the gaming industry or tech sector.
  • Deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem in EMEA.
  • Proven experience driving business results through marketing in EMEA markets.
  • Experience marketing to performance marketers, digital-native companies, and growth-focused businesses.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to understand and communicate digital marketing concepts and solutions.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Creative flair and a track record of bringing fresh ideas to marketing programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional, international teams.
  • Passion for clients mission, technology, and the gaming industry.
  • Native or near-native fluency in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree (advantageous but not mandatory).
  • Experience in growth marketing or performance marketing is a plus.
  • Fluency in additional EMEA languages.
