Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager to support B2B marketing initiatives from strategy through execution. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, multi-channel campaigns and help improve performance through data-informed optimization.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns (e.g., content, digital, email, events) from brief through delivery.
- Develop and refine messaging that translates product capabilities into clear, compelling marketing materials.
- Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders such as sales, product, and creative teams to align priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, including schedules, dependencies, and milestones, to ensure on-time delivery.
- Use reporting and measurement tools to track campaign effectiveness and recommend optimizations based on performance insights.
- Communicate status, risks, and next steps clearly to stakeholders across time zones in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in enterprise companies.
- Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (content, digital, email, events) from brief through delivery.
- Experience using data and reporting tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform optimization.
- Strong project management skills, including coordinating multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and parallel workstreams.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, including translating technical product capabilities into marketing materials.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and multiple time zones.
