Our client in London is looking for an Agency Solutions Manager for a 12 month hybrid contract (3 days on site, 2 days remote). The Agency Solutions Manager will build and manage key partner relationships with one of the largest and most awarded global holding companies. The ASM will be a platform and product expert, and become a key partner expert in media planning, strategy and measurement to some of our smartest largest and most strategic advanced advertisers. With a proven understanding of both social, search and the wider digital media industry, this role will develop industry-specific relationships, drive revenue by scaled education and performance best practice principles.
Responsibilities:
- Product solutions expert across the company's family of apps
- In partnership with Agency Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners. Scale best practice within the agencies.
- Serve as external product consultant educating agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership. Establish office hours within agencies.
- Analyse data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of company platform solutions
- Build and manage relationships with key agency partners (Social, Tech, Marketing Science, etc.)
- Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross functional teams
- Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery
- Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance
- Project manage complex work streams
- Oversee internal account operations (e.g. resolve systematic campaign questions and support on technical troubleshooting, etc.)
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships)
- Experience with Excel and experience with analysing datasets and delivering insights
- Demonstrated experience with problem solving and decision-making skills
- Experience working with cross functional teams with the ability to influence c-level executives
- Demonstrated track record of delivering on quota
- Demonstrated experience to present ideas and solutions to large groups of people, both virtually and in person
