Are you passionate about agriculture and animal welfare? Do you enjoy working as part of a close-knit farming team? We’re looking for a dedicated Stockperson to join our growing operation and help us produce high-quality milk for our ice cream while maintaining the highest standards of animal care.

About the Role

As a stockperson, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day care of our dairy herd of over 350 cows, monitoring their health, welfare throughout, You’ll work closely with the farm manager and other team members to carry out milking routines, feeding, cleaning, and general farm maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Milking cows using modern milking systems
• Monitoring animal health and administering basic treatments
• Feeding and bedding livestock
• Cleaning and maintaining 7 Lely milking robots and equipment
• Comfortable using and interpreting data from automated systems
• Assisting with calving and youngstock care
• General farm duties and machinery operation

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in stock farming
• A genuine interest in livestock and agriculture
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence (tractor experience a plus)
