Mackie's Aberdeen Dairy Co Ltd is seeking an organised Administrator to handle end-to-end order processing and customer administration on site in Scotland. You will manage orders, invoices, ASNs, stock, and coordinate with production, warehouse and logistics to ensure on-time deliveries.
You will build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, maintain data in SAP Business One, and generate regular sales and stock reports while supporting daily admin tasks.
