We are working with a high‑growth, private equity–backed consumer healthcare group.
This is a highly commercial FP&A role offering genuine influence across the business. Reporting to the CFO, this role will act as a trusted finance partner to senior operational leaders, helping them understand performance, challenge assumptions, and make better, data‑led decisions.
Main Duties- Act as a finance business partner to operational and commercial leaders, supporting both strategic and day‑to‑day decision‑making.
- Build a strong understanding of the business model and the key drivers of revenue, margin, and cost.
- Deliver commercial insight to support pricing, service profitability, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and coordinate the annual budget process, working closely with budget holders.
- Own and deliver rolling forecasts and longer‑term financial plans aligned to business strategy.
- Produce high‑quality management reporting, KPI dashboards, and Board‑level analysis.
- Identify risks and opportunities, providing clear recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support new services, expansion opportunities, and investment decisions.
- Deliver ad‑hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, operational change, and growth projects.
- Challenge stakeholders constructively and influence decisions through clear, credible financial insight.
- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA preferred; ACA / ACCA also considered).
- Proven experience in a commercial FP&A or finance business partnering role.
- Strong financial modelling skills with confidence working with complex data.
- Commercially astute, with a clear understanding of how businesses generate value.
- Able to communicate complex financial information to non‑finance stakeholders.
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable challenging the status quo.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Experience in healthcare, multi‑site operations, or PE‑backed businesses.
