They are seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel, Legal Counsel, or Contracts Consultant to take ownership of vendor onboarding and Master Services Agreements (MSAs) under US Law. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will streamline the end-to-end vendor onboarding process, working closely with Finance, IT Security, and Data Protection teams across US and UK/EU jurisdictions. Your work will directly support executive decision-making, including CEO sign-off.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead MSA and vendor contract review, negotiation, and execution under US law.
- Take full ownership of the vendor onboarding process, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure efficiency and clarity.
