Reconciliations Manager Manchester - Hybrid Working (2 days in office) £68,000 + Benefits (depending on experince) Contract: 12 month FTC We're partnering with a large, complex consumer-facing organisation to recruit a Reconciliations Manager into a high-profile finance function. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading business undergoing significant transformation and process improvement activity. Operating within a global shared services environment, this role sits within the Record-to-Report (R2R) function and will be responsible for driving reconciliation quality, financial control, governance and process improvement across a complex group structure. This is a high-profile position that combines day-to-day operational ownership with broader transformation initiatives, including the implementation and optimisation of reconciliation technology and best practice processes. Key Responsibilities Overseeing the end-to-end reconciliation strategy, managing internal controls, and ensuring strict compliance with accounting standards. Lead the end-to-end balance sheet reconciliation agenda, ensuring robust financial controls and compliance across the organisation. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) and wider reconciliation processes. Manage complex, high-risk and aged reconciliations, investigating variances and driving timely resolution of outstanding items. Identify opportunities to automate, standardise and optimise reconciliation processes to improve efficiency and control. Partner closely with Finance, FP
