The role offers broad exposure across HR and business operations and includes the opportunity to complete a fully funded CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice, providing an excellent platform for someone looking to build a long-term career within People Operations and Human Resources. The successful candidate will support the delivery of people-focused initiatives and day-to-day operational activities across the business. Maintain accurate HR records, systems and reporting data. Assist with employee wellbeing, engagement and company events. Provide general business administration and operational support across the organisation. Previous administration experience within a professional office environment. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
