Financial Director in London

Mackie Myers are partnering with a growing multi-site fashion brand, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sustainable profitability. With a handful of stores and ambitious expansion plans, we are looking for a strategic finance leader to help shape our growth.

As Finance Director, you will oversee the financial operations across all sites, provide strategic insight to the leadership team, and play a key role in supporting expansion and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple sites
• Manage P&L and drive profitability initiatives at both group and store level
• Oversee cash flow, working capital and sales analysis
• Partner with operations and commercial teams to optimise performance and margins
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and retail financial regulations
• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing finance team

Personal Requirements

• Experienced finance leader with multi-site retail exposure
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen, able to influence across the business
• Proven track record of driving efficiency and delivering growth
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
