Mackie Myers are currently working with a growing, PE-backed hospitality group in East London, looking for a commercially minded CFO to partner with the leadership team as they scale. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all financial strategy, reporting, and governance across the group
- Partner with the CEO and private equity investors on growth plans and performance tracking
- Implement scalable financial systems, processes, and controls
- Manage cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting to support expansion
- Oversee relationships with banks, auditors, and external advisors
- Build and develop a high-performing finance function
Personal Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with senior finance leadership experience
- Track record in hospitality, leisure, or multi-site consumer sectors
