Head of Fees and Credit Control

Our Client

Our client is an established leading London University looking for an Interim Head of Fees and Credit Control.

The Role

This is 6-month role overseeing student fees and student debtors, this role will ensure the accuracy of student records, oversee fee-setting processes and the fees matrix, ensure timely income collection and work closely with the Head of Income (income processing and non-student income) to ensure a unified service to the University and it s external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a collaborative approach with experience in embedding robust processes, building a positive team culture and developing income strategies for commerciality and collection. An understanding of university income as it relates to students is desirable.

The Successful Candidate

• Experience working as a leader in a Credit Control and/or Accounts Receivable position.
• A proven people manager who can develop and nurture others.
• Comfortable working constructively with an array of executive level stakeholders.
• Ability to implement working changes to systems and procedures as may be required from time to time

What’s on offer?

6 month role paying a basic salary of c.£70,000 to £75,000 plus benefits or day rate of circa £(Apply online only) per day depending on experience.
