This is a fantastic opportunity to join a newly formed Commercial Finance team as an FP&A Analyst. You’ll play a key role in delivering insightful analysis and reporting that drives strategic decisions across the business. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and is confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
Our client is a well-established hospitality group with a strong presence across the UK. They are known for their commitment to quality, sustainability, and a people-first culture.
This is a broad and varied FP&A Analyst role offering exposure across the business:
- Delivering daily, weekly, and monthly trading analysis
- Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process
- Producing KPI reports and monthly performance decks
- Building analytical tools to support decision-making
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
You’ll be a key part of the Commercial Finance team, helping to shape financial strategy:
- Analyse trading performance and identify trends
- Prepare monthly KPI dashboards and board packs
- Support the FP&A Manager with forecasts and budgets
- Deliver ad hoc analysis and project support
- Liaise with the Management Accounts team to ensure smooth month-end processes
We’re looking for someone who is analytical, proactive, and a great communicator:
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Comfortable presenting insights to senior stakeholders
- Part or fully qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent)
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
