A newly created FP&A Analyst role in a collaborative and creative finance team, offering strategic exposure and career development in a growing hospitality business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a newly formed Commercial Finance team as an FP&A Analyst. You’ll play a key role in delivering insightful analysis and reporting that drives strategic decisions across the business.

The Role

This is a broad and varied FP&A Analyst role offering exposure across the business:

  • Delivering daily, weekly, and monthly trading analysis
  • Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Producing KPI reports and monthly performance decks
  • Building analytical tools to support decision-making
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders

Main Duties

You’ll be a key part of the Commercial Finance team, helping to shape financial strategy:

  • Analyse trading performance and identify trends
  • Prepare monthly KPI dashboards and board packs
  • Support the FP&A Manager with forecasts and budgets
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis and project support
  • Liaise with the Management Accounts team to ensure smooth month-end processes

The Successful Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is analytical, proactive, and a great communicator:

  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Comfortable presenting insights to senior stakeholders
  • Part or fully qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent)
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
