We are working with a PE-backed global accredited education provider who are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join their Finance team.

The Role

  • Play a pivotal role in delivering insight, driving performance, and shaping strategic decisions.
  • Designing and implementing automation for recurring FP&A tasks such as data consolidation, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Supporting the development of rolling forecasts, budgets, and dynamic reporting tools.
  • Produce and deliver regular performance reporting, including KPI dashboards and management/Board packs.
  • Own and deliver rolling forecasts and longer-term financial plans in line with business strategy.

The Successful Candidate

  • Professional experience in FP&A, strategy consultancy, corporate finance, or a similarly analytical role.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with a genuine passion for data and problem solving.
  • Naturally curious and the ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems in a structured way.
  • Strong communication skills, able to translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
