Mackie Myers are exclusively partnering with a well known FMCG business in the search for their next Finance Manager. The successful applicant will provide critical finance support and business partnering to our Manufacturing operations teams to drive profitable growth across the group.
This role will involve:
- Leadership of the site finance team (currently 1 direct report) with further team growth projected.
- Providing insight and analysis on our business performance.
- Business partnering with operations directors and being the finance lead on site.
The role will report into the Senior Finance Manager (Produce) as part of a wider nationwide finance team of around 65 colleagues. Your main stakeholders will be the site manager and site leadership team, sourcing team, operations, and sourcing director.
With a centralised accounting function based in the head office who will support with most of the accounting and reporting. A professional qualification of CIMA, ACA, ACCA, AAT or equivalent and Food Manufacturing experience is preferred.
Salary Circa £75,000 plus benefits depending on experience.
