Base pay range
Competitive salary between £110,000 – £140,000 dependent on experience, plus benefits. Home-based working, with visits to sites in the London HQ, and across the UK.
The Role
This is a broad and highly visible role, reporting into the CEO and supporting the board and investors:
- Lead and manage the internal finance team and external accounting partners
- Primary finance contact for PE investors and debt providers, delivering insightful board and lender reporting
- Responsible for the budgeting process, cashflow forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Own the group financial model and 3-year investment strategy
- Build and present business cases for new sites, refurbishments and other strategic initiatives
- Ownership of statutory requirements – including financial accounts, audit, tax, etc
The Successful Candidate
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Either a current Head of FP&A/Commercial Finance in a hospitality business, looking for a step up, or a proven FD/CFO with private equity experience.
- Strong track record of owning financial reporting, planning, and commercial insight in a multi-site or consumer-facing environment.
- Hands-on, commercially minded, and confident presenting at board level.
