Business Manager at Mackie Myers | FMCG, Retail, Leisure & Hospitality

Mackie Myers are partnering with an International FMCG business, who are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their team, based in Central London.

Having recently invested in the team structure to focus on more commercial and strategic value add to their Sales and Operations teams, they are looking for a collaborative and commercial finance business partner to drive their expansion plans in the UK and across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver insights on customer and product profitability, partnering with sales and operations.
• Build and maintain financial models, including scenario planning for strategic decisions.
• Prepare and present monthly performance reporting packs with analysis and recommendations.
• Integrate commercial insights into forecasting and the Financial Planning process.
• Track and validate customer rebates and funding claims, ensuring accuracy with contracts.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, analytics, and processes for greater efficiency.

What we’re looking for

• Demonstratable business case analysis within the consumer sector – ideally within FMCG, Retail or Hospitality
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
