We are partnering with a fast-growing biotech company transitioning from pre-commercial to commercial operations. They are seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel, Legal Counsel, or Contracts Consultant to take ownership of vendor onboarding and Master Services Agreements (MSAs) under US Law. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will streamline the end-to-end vendor onboarding process, working closely with Finance, IT Security, and Data Protection teams across US and UK/EU jurisdictions. Your work will directly support executive decision-making, including CEO sign-off.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead MSA and vendor contract review, negotiation, and execution under US law.
- Take full ownership of the vendor onboarding process, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure efficiency and clarity.
- Apply strong commercial judgment to determine acceptable risk and contract terms.
- Deliver clear, concise summaries of contract reviews for executive sign-off.
- Identify and implement improvements to onboarding and contracting workflows.
