Mackie Myers is a fast-growing, independent recruitment partner operating across London, Oxford, Cambridge and Los Angeles. We work with high impact organisations across the Commercial and Not-For-Profit sectors, specialising in Finance, Operations and Executive-level talent.
Founded in 2021 by long-standing business partners Jenna Mackie and Owen Myers, the business has grown organically to 30 people, generating £8m+ in annual turnover and already placing us in the top 20% of UK recruitment firms by scale and sales. The Role
You’ll join either our London or Oxford office as part of a supportive, high-performing team and train to become a 360° Recruitment Consultant, owning the full recruitment lifecycle from day one.
Main Duties
- Through a blend of structured training, hands-on experience and close mentorship, you’ll quickly develop commercial skills that many graduates don’t access for years, including:
- Sales and business development
- Talent sourcing and headhunting
- Client and candidate relationship management
- Negotiation, influencing and commercial decision-making
- Building and running your own revenue-generating desk
