We are seeking a fully qualified accountant for an Interim Financial Controller in the heart of Oxfordshire.
You will take ownership of financial reporting, group consolidations, statutory accounts, audit management and financial controls across a multi-entity structure.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical accounting expertise and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment managing a small team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of monthly and annual financial reporting
- Preparation and review of group consolidations
- Statutory accounts and year-end reporting
- Lead external audit process
- Financial controls, governance and compliance
- Cashflow and treasury oversight
- Finance process improvement and support for strategic projects
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business
- Candidate Profile
- ACA qualified or equivalent.
- Strong controls experience ( eg: from Audit)
- Previous Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager experience
- Strong consolidation and group reporting experience
- Appetite to get into the detail as required
- Experience within a multi-entity environment
- Available at short notice preferred
