This newly created position offers a unique opportunity to lead a significant programme of work focused on strengthening, standardising and modernising corporate compliance, due diligence and corporate relationship management processes across a complex and highly regulated organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced governance, compliance or risk professional to join an institution committed to continuous improvement and play a key role in developing frameworks, systems and processes that will support effective decision-making and risk management for years to come. The Role Reporting to the University Secretary, the Corporate Compliance Transformation Lead will be responsible for leading a university-wide transformation programme to develop a more centralised, risk-based and technology-enabled approach to due diligence and corporate relationship management. Working closely with senior stakeholders across academic and professional services teams, you will provide specialist advice on compliance, partnership risk and research security matters while driving process improvement, system implementation and cultural change across the organisation.
