As an Executive Search Consultant, you will be headhunting top-tier candidates for some of the largest organisations globally within your own industry. This is a sales role, where you have full responsibility for your own success.
What we can offer:
- Competitive base salary and an uncapped commission scheme which is among the best in the industry. Average 1st year OTE is £45-50k.
- Fast progression - average time to management is 12-18 months! We also give you the opportunity to become a Director of your own Recruitment Company.

What you will be doing as an Executive Search Consultant:
- Managing your own business within our business, specialising in one of our many industries on a global basis.
- Headhunting top industry talent into high-level job openings internationally.
- Managing and building client and candidate relationships as soon as you start the role and responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment process.
- Working towards targets, having KPI’s and being responsible for developing your own clients, from scratch.
