This position is a sales and business development role which gives you the opportunity to be client facing in the global corporate business world.

What you will be doing as a Graduate Business Consultant:

  • Managing your own business within our business, specialising in one of our many industries on a global basis.
  • Headhunting top industry talent into high-level job openings internationally.
  • Managing and building client and candidate relationships as soon as you start the role and responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment process. You will have a high level of support and autonomy!
  • This position is a sales and business development role; you will be working towards targets, have KPI’s and will be responsible for developing your own clients, from scratch.
  • We need confident, resilient, hard-working, competitive and down-to-earth individuals who can add value to our business and clients!
