As an Executive Search Consultant, you will be headhunting top-tier candidates for some of the largest organisations globally within your own industry. This is a sales role, where you have full responsibility for your own success.

  • Competitive base salary and an uncapped commission scheme which is among the best in the industry. Average 1st year OTE is £45-50k.
  • Fast progression - average time to management is 12-18 months! We also give you the opportunity to become a Director of your own Recruitment Company.

What you will be doing as an Executive Search Consultant:

  • Managing your own business within our business, specialising in one of our many industries on a global basis.
  • Headhunting top industry talent into high-level job openings internationally.
  • Managing and building client and candidate relationships as soon as you start the role and responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment process.
  • You will have a high level of support and autonomy!
  • Working towards targets, have KPI’s and will be responsible for developing your own clients, from scratch.
