Salary: £29,000 & an un-capped commission structure up to 60% + company benefits. As an Executive Search Consultant, you will be headhunting top-tier candidates for some of the largest organisations globally within your own industry. This is a sales role, where you have full responsibility for your own success.

What you will be doing as an Executive Search Consultant:

  • Managing your own business within our business, specialising in one of our many industries on a global basis.
  • Headhunting top industry talent into high-level job openings internationally.
  • Managing and building client and candidate relationships as soon as you start the role and responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Working towards targets, having KPI’s and developing your own clients from scratch.
