The Role:
- Manage your own desk within the wider business, focusing on one of our niche global sectors
- Headhunt high-calibre talent for senior-level and specialist international roles
- Develop new client relationships from day one, then maintain & build on these relationships to be come a big name within your market
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process
- Work towards clearly defined targets and KPIs to deliver results
