Salary: £29,000 & an un-capped commission structure up to 60% + company benefits.

What you will be doing as a Graduate Business Consultant:

Essentially you will be managing your own business within our business, specialising in one of our many industries on a global basis. Headhunting top industry talent into high-level job openings internationally. Managing and building client and candidate relationships as soon as you start the role and responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment process. You will have a high level of support and autonomy! This position is a sales and business development role; you will be working towards targets, have KPI’s and will be responsible for developing your own clients, from scratch. We need confident, resilient, hard-working, competitive and down-to-earth individuals who can add value to our business and clients!
