We’re looking for a hands-on IT Assistant to support day-to-day operations across our business. This is a practical, varied role – part support desk, part infrastructure upkeep, part onboarding – ideal for someone who wants exposure to a broad IT environment and grow quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support across hardware, software, and internal systems
  • Troubleshoot issues with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and user accounts
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup, access provisioning, and account deactivation
  • Maintain organised, functional IT workspaces, including cable management, desk setups, and equipment layout
  • Support the ongoing maintenance of office infrastructure and ensure everything is running cleanly and efficiently
  • Help manage user accounts and permissions across systems (including Microsoft environments)
  • Assist with device management and security policies
