Salary: £28,000 base (£50k+ OTE)

Location: Harrogate Town Centre

The Executive Search Consultant role is a sales and business development role in the global corporate world where you will be headhunting CEOs, VPs and Senior management candidates as well as developing your own client base from scratch - like your own business within our business.

High Earning Potential:

Executive Search is a lucrative career path with potential for high earnings of £100k+ even in your first year! If you are highly motivated with ambitious financial goals, then this could be a rewarding and fulfilling career path for you…

  • Competitive base salary with bi-yearly appraisals
  • Uncapped commission structure (average 1st year OTE £50k+ and £200k+ top performers)
  • Sliding scale commission up to 60% of the revenue you have generated
  • Luxury cash vouchers (Harvey Nichols, Selfridges, VEX etc)
  • Consistency bonuses and annual top performer 2% revenue bonus (1% for runner up)

Fast Career Progression:

We only hire entry-level graduates so everyone starts in the same position with no experience. Internal meritocratic promotion policy (not favouritism or time-served). Fast Career Progression with an average 6-12 months to senior consultant and 12 – 18 months to management. Progression opportunities to become a director of your own Executive Search Business with equity (We have set up 20+ since 2012).
