Graduate Executive Search Recruitment Consultant

Location: Leeds City Centre

Start date: January 2026

Role Overview

This role is a sales and business development position focused on executive search. As a Recruitment Consultant you will headhunt CEOs, VPs and senior management candidates and develop your own client base from scratch, effectively creating your own business within our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure high‑level executive candidates for clients.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of executive search opportunities.
  • Develop new client relationships and expand the client portfolio.
  • Deliver presentations and negotiation support to senior stakeholders.
  • Leverage AI‑powered CRM system to track opportunities and performance.
  • Participate in bi‑yearly appraisals and commission‑based performance reviews.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Aspirations for a high‑earning career with a results‑driven mindset.
