Executive Search Recruitment Consultant 2025 Graduate Career
Salary: base salary £28,000 (1st year OTE £50k+) & un-capped commission up to 60% + company benefits
Location: Harrogate
Start dates: Immediate through to September 2025

Executive Search Consultant Role:
This position is a client facing sales and business development role in the global corporate business world!
- You will have targets and KPIs to measure your performance; rewarded with commission, incentives and career progression.
- Specialise globally within one of our niche industries (E.g. Industrial, Ingredients, Medical…)
- Building client and candidate relationships from scratch as soon as you start the role by utilising platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and our in-house CRM system.
- Managing high- level executive job openings within clients’ companies/ organisations internationally and headhunting for top industry talent that align with client needs.
- Responsibility for the entire end-to-end recruitment process.
