Base pay range: £28,000 (1st year OTE £50k+) & un-capped commission up to 60% + company benefits.

Executive Search Consultant Role:
This position is a client-facing sales and business development role in the global corporate business world! You will have targets and KPIs to measure your performance; rewarded with commission, incentives and career progression.
Responsibilities include:
- Specialising globally within one of our niche industries (e.g. Industrial, Ingredients, Medical...)
- Building client and candidate relationships from scratch by utilising platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and our in-house CRM system.
- Managing high-level executive job openings within clients’ companies/organisations internationally and headhunting for top industry talent that align with client needs.
- Responsibility for the entire end-to-end recruitment process.
