Mackenzie Stuart is a market leading Executive Search firm established in 2005, and we are searching for enthusiastic graduates to join our subsidiary Aire Search, based in the heart of Newcastle. We are an ambitious, competitive, and highly motivated organisation which prides ourselves on offering unparalleled executive search services to our clients. Applications are now open!

As an Executive Search Consultant, you will be headhunting top-tier candidates for some of the largest organisations globally within your own industry. This is a sales role, where you have full responsibility for your own success.

What we can offer:

  • Competitive base salary and an uncapped commission scheme which is among the best in the industry. Average 1st year OTE is £45-50k.
  • Fast progression - average time to management is 12-18 months! We also give you the opportunity to become a Director of your own Recruitment Company.

What you will be doing as an Executive Search Consultant:

  • Managing your own business within our business, specialising in one of our many industries on a global basis.
  • Headhunting top industry talent into high-level job openings internationally.
  • Managing and building client and candidate relationships as soon as you start the role and responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Working towards targets, having KPI’s and being responsible for developing your own clients, from scratch.
