You will be highly rewarded:
- Uncapped commission (no limit to your earning potential) up to 60% of your revenue with an average 1st year OTE £50k

Training and development:
We provide you with a Tailored 12+ week training period consisting of dedicated training sessions with our company head of talent and training, providing you with the tools to succeed in the role, as well as further training sessions led by our experienced and knowledgeable senior consultants to continually progress your learning.
We never hire anyone outside of the business above you to give you the best chance to succeed and progress quickly in your career (average 12-18 months to management) as well as further growth opportunity to become a Director of your own Executive Search company! (we have set up 20 since 2012).
Responsibilities of an Executive Search Consultant:
This position is a client facing sales and business development role in the global corporate business world!
- You will have targets and KPIs to measure your performance; rewarded with commission, incentives and career progression.
- Specialise globally within one of our niche industries (E.g. Industrial, Ingredients, Medical…)
- Building client and candidate relationships from scratch as soon as you start the role by utilising platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and our very own custom-built CRM supported by AI
- Managing high- level executive job openings within your own client base of international organisations and headhunting for top industry talent that align with client needs.
- 360 role with responsibility for the entire end-to-end recruitment process.
