Responsibilities of an Executive Search Consultant: This position is a client facing sales and business development role in the global corporate business world! You will have targets and KPIs to measure your performance ; rewarded with commission, incentives and career progression. Specialise globally within one of our niche industries (E.g. Industrial, Ingredients, Medical...) Building client and candidate relationships from scratch as soon as you start the role by utilising platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and our in-house CRM system. Managing high-level executive job openings within clients’ companies/organisations internationally and headhunting for top industry talent that align with client needs. Responsibility for the entire end-to-end recruitment process. All applicants must have the full right to work in the UK, without sponsorship.
