What is Executive Search? The Executive Search Consultant role is a sales and business development role in the global corporate world where you will be headhunting CEOs, VPs and Senior management candidates as well as developing your own client base of international organisations from scratch.
What does this opportunity have to offer for you? We give you the responsibility and accountability to be able to grow your Executive Search career within our business whilst offering clear, meritocratic progression opportunities to principal consultant, management and director level. Our commission structure is uncapped and one of the best available on the market (up to 60%!) which means that your performance and success is actually rewarded. OTE in your first full year in the role is £50k+ but we have seen graduates earn over £100k and even over £200k in their first year.
