Salary: £28,000 & an un-capped commission structure up to 60% (£45-50K+ First Year OTE) + company benefits.

What you will be doing as a Graduate Business Consultant:

  • Managing your own business within our business, specialising in one of our many industries on a global basis.
  • Headhunting top industry talent into high-level job openings internationally.
  • Managing and building client and candidate relationships as soon as you start the role and responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment process.
  • This position is a sales and business development role; working towards targets, having KPI’s and responsible for developing your own clients from scratch.
  • We need confident, resilient, hard-working, competitive and down-to-earth individuals who can add value to our business and clients!
