The opportunity: Are you passionate about building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and delivering real value to customers? As our National Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in growing revenue and strengthening long-term partnerships within our established Industry client base. In this role, you’ll become a trusted advisor to a portfolio of existing business customers—getting to know their challenges, understanding what drives them, and helping them create better, more productive work environments. You’ll spot new opportunities, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional experience that keeps them coming back. What will my accountabilities be?
- Grow and manage a portfolio of existing industry customers, driving revenue and repeat business.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and position yourself as their trusted go-to partner.
- Identify and act on new opportunities through account reviews, site visits, and customer insights.
- Present standout solutions and proposals that meet customer needs and budgets.
- Stay sharp on our product range and the latest industry trends.
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues proactively and collaborating with internal teams for seamless delivery.
- Own your sales performance, managing your pipeline, forecasting accurately, and hitting (or exceeding!) your targets.
