We’re looking for a commercially driven, strategic marketing leader to take ownership of our global marketing agenda and drive growth across international markets. This is a pivotal leadership role within a high-performing UK-based team, working closely with international sales partners and distributor networks to deliver best-in-class marketing strategies and execution.

About the Role

As Senior International Marketing Manager, you will define and lead the strategy, planning, and delivery of marketing activity across multiple regions. You’ll act as the senior marketing partner to international teams, ensuring they have the tools, direction, and support needed to succeed—while maintaining a strong, consistent global brand. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic thinking and executional excellence across diverse channels and markets.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in international or multi-market marketing roles
  • Proven success delivering growth across the full marketing mix (digital, trade, PR, ATL)
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance
  • Experience working with global distributors and agency networks
  • Confident communicator with strong storytelling and presentation skills
  • Hands-on leader who can operate strategically and tactically
  • Cultural awareness and experience across international markets (e.g. Europe, Asia, Middle East)
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g. healthcare, supplements, FMCG) is a plus
