Mackenzie Jones is recruiting for an RGM, Senior Manager – FMCG in the UK. The role carries a salary of c.£85,000 plus a company car, bonus and a broader package. Based in the Home Counties, you will own the RGM agenda in a core channel and drive plans that grow the business while balancing profit and share performance.
You will work with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Finance, Shopper/Consumer Insights and Operations, plus external research partners, to shape strategy and execution.
