Overview
We’re looking for a Pricing Manager to lead our approach to pricing and margin. This isn’t just about numbers – it’s about shaping strategy, working closely with senior teams, and helping us stay sharp in a competitive market.
Base pay range
50,000 – £60,000 with £7,000 car allowance and up to 30% bonus

The role
- Owning our pricing strategy and making sure it drives value – for both customers and the business
- Working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Ops & Execs to challenge and improve pricing decisions
- Turning data into insight, and insight into action
- Responding to market shifts and making sure our pricing stays relevant and competitive
- Leading on everything from supplier price changes to cost modelling and scenario planning
We’re looking for someone who brings
- Strong experience in pricing or commercial finance
- A strategic mindset and solid analytical skills
- Confidence in presenting ideas to senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of tools like SAP, Salesforce, etc
- Commodity pricing and S&OP processes would be advantageous
