Overview

This role is a 3 Months (potential extension) Power BI Developer position supporting a Demand Planning team. The role will deliver high-impact dashboards and reports that enable smarter forecasting and planning decisions across FMCG Consumer & Retail markets in the UK & Europe. Location: Remote with occasional onsite meetings/workshops in West London. Start date: Immediate or within 2–4 weeks. Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and validate business requirements for frontend dashboards and reports
  • Manipulate data using Power BI from multiple data sources
  • Map existing Excel-based processes
  • Finalise Power BI dashboards – lead UAT and ensure smooth handover
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Demand Planning and Supply Chain

Technical Skills Required

  • Power BI Desktop & Service
  • DAX, Power Query (M Language)
  • SQL (T-SQL preferred)
  • Manipulate data from multiple sources (Excel, SAP IBP, Data Warehouse)
  • Excel (functions, process mapping, Power Pivot)
  • Experience creating dashboards and reports for Demand Planning & Supply Chain teams (preferred)
  • Detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with Azure Data Services (e.g., Synapse, Data Factory – desirable)
  • Passion for turning data into actionable insights
  • Experience in FMCG or Retail Demand Planning environment/sector
