As Shopper Marketing Manager, you will champion the shopper perspective across the organisation. Using category insights and shopper behaviour data, you’ll create compelling activation strategies across a wide range of retail touchpoints from in-store experiences to digital commerce platforms. Your work will enhance visibility, drive conversion, and build loyalty by connecting brand strategy with impactful in-market execution. Through close collaboration with category, marketing, sales, and external retailer and agency partners, you’ll deliver bold, commercially driven shopper campaigns that influence behaviour and achieve key business KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure Shopper Marketing activity supports brand objectives.
- Translate shopper insights and data into effective strategies, creative ideas, and execution plans.
- Lead end-to-end shopper activations, from planning and Stage & Gate through to delivery and evaluation.
- Develop and deliver tailored Shopper and Joint Customer Marketing plans for key retailers to drive category growth and KPIs.
- Act as the internal voice of the shopper, ensuring all activations meet agreed objectives.
- Support Sales and Category teams with bespoke customer activation plans, including seasonal in-store activity.
- Build strong retailer and agency relationships to stay ahead of shopper trends and retail innovation.
- Use Nielsen and EPOS data to measure ROI and optimise promotional performance.
- Contribute to future-facing category and fixture development alongside Customer Engagement and Category teams.

- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly.
