Our client, a leading global consumer organisation, is looking to recruit a National Sales Manager to acquire new customers to drive volume, revenue and profit performance. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this is an ideal position for a true Business Development specialist who leads on customer acquisition.
What will my accountabilities be?
- Deliver volume and profits targets by developing and implementing a winning customer acquisition strategy
- Develop go to market proposals and roadmaps for each target customer
- Operate across all channels, advising on opportunity and benefits for each customer
- Responsible for all required Capex Investment proposals, working closely with Finance and Operations
- Indirectly lead and motivate a team of National Account Managers
Qualifications & Experience:
- A proven business to business (B2B) sales champion, who can successfully translate strategic goals into commercial objectives and targets.
- Must have real financial acumen alongside the ability to manage and negotiate opportunities with large, high value accounts.
- Possess great influencing skills and can drive a commercial agenda internally and externally.
