National Account Manager – Grocery / Retail

This is your chance to take full ownership of a high-profile national account – managing the full P&L and driving commercial success in a fast-paced, competitive retail environment.

What you\’ll be doing:
- Building strong, strategic relationships with key retail partners
- Leading the creation and delivery of joint business plans that drive growth for both parties
- Managing all commercial levers: pricing, investment, promotional strategy, and profitability
- Aligning internal stakeholders and guiding customer strategy execution
- Monitoring performance, spotting opportunities, and navigating risks with precision
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- A strong track record in delivering growth and results in a branded FMCG environment
- Proven experience managing top 4 grocery accounts in the UK
- First-class negotiation, commercial, and presentation skills
