Are you passionate about digital commerce and ready to take ownership of some of the UK’s top grocery.com retail accounts? We’re looking for a high-performing Grocery.com Account Manager to lead and accelerate our online business across Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, and Waitrose.
Our client is a well-established corporate brand seeking talent with a challenger mindset or experience from agile, high-growth environments
In this role, you’ll drive the strategy, performance, and customer relationships for our .com presence — working in close collaboration with Senior Account Managers to deliver growth and outstanding execution across the online grocery landscape.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the P&L for the grocery.com arm of our Top 5 retail partners, driving performance across sales, share, and profitability.
- Lead customer relationships with .com buying, category, and media teams to become a trusted digital-first partner.
- Develop & execute retail media strategies and data-led joint business plans to maximise ROI and shopper engagement.
- Champion shopper insight, using data to drive category growth, online visibility, and best-in-class execution.
- Influence across the business, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure your strategy is aligned with brand, category, and commercial priorities.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has experience managing key grocery retail accounts — ideally within eCommerce, account management, or digital/category roles.
- Brings strong knowledge of the UK grocery .com landscape and understands what it takes to win online (Retail Media, Digital Activation, Search, Range & Content).
- Thrives in a digital-first environment, with a passion for growth and a commercial mindset.
- Has a proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, digitally-focused environment, with some of the UK’s biggest grocery retailers. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping the future of how our brands show up online — and play a key role in driving category leadership and shopper-centric innovation.
