National Account Manager -Home Meal Delivery and OOH

FMCG – Food

📍 Hybrid – Lincolnshire

£45,000-£55,000 + £6k car allowance + Bonus + Benefits

An account management opportunity at a leading UK food manufacturing business working across retail, foodservice, recipe box and manufacturing channels supplying both branded and private label products. Known for their innovation, speed to market, and category expertise, they have successfully scaled from a family business into a market leader with continued investment in new facilities, technology, and NPD.

What you\'ll be doing:

  • Grow key accounts across the Out of Home (OOH) and Home Meal Delivery (HMD) channels, building trusted partnerships with leading foodservice and recipe box customers
  • Lead account reviews and drive profitable sales growth in line with commercial strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with NPD, Category, Supply Chain, Technical, and Purchasing to deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage commercial processes including forecasting, pricing, and contract negotiations

  • A background in account management, commercial, or sales (Food or FMCG).
  • Comfortable using insight and data to shape customer conversations
