In this pivotal role, you\’ll work closely with a range of internal teams, including Marketing, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain, to maximize opportunities and deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the P&Ls, distribution goals, and category performance across the Grocers.
  • Provide actionable insights through weekly and periodic sales reports, closely analysing key financial metrics.
  • Lead the promotional nomination process, both internally and externally.
  • Identify new growth opportunities within the Grocers (e.g., shipper activations) and partner with the Category team to build compelling stories that influence customer decisions.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships both internally with cross-functional teams and externally with the customer.
  • Create tailored customer plans by understanding the unique needs and strategic objectives.
  • Own and drive a bespoke strategy for Grocery, creating win-win outcomes for both parties.
  • Champion your Grocers within the business, sharing insights and best practices across the sales community.
  • Commit to your own professional development with a proactive, growth-driven personal development plan.

  • A proven track record in branded account management within the FMCG sector, particularly in fast-paced environments.
  • A strong ability to meet sales targets and bring brands to life through impactful in-store activations.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with experience managing key customer accounts.
  • A skilled communicator who can influence and engage a variety of stakeholders.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with strong organisational and multitasking capabilities.
  • A passion for personal growth and a drive to continuously improve in your role.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills that resonate with customers and internal teams alike.
  • Advanced Excel and MS Office skills, with the ability to analyse data, reports, and trends effectively.
